Nestled in the heart of nature, with its 4500 m2 wooded park and its seasonal heated swimming pool, this comfortable and bright architect-designed house is set between vineyards and market gardens, not far from Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail in the Vaucluse.
A quiet and secluded residence, it is nevertheless at the heart of the tourist and cultural activities of this corner of Provence, 1.5km from the historic center of Carpentras and on the Côte du Rhône wine route, towards Vaison la Romaine.
On the ground floor, a master suite, the office and the living area consisting of the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are organized around a central cubic fireplace .
Upstairs, the space is modulated more classically by a beautifully decorated passageway and landing, a small terrace.
The master suite, the two bedrooms and the bathroom are more intimate.
Outdoor living is privileged with a covered summer dining room where freshness is brought by Virginia creeper running under the roof.
In the extension, the terraces, arbor, are never very far away, inviting you to laze around or swim.
Many nooks and crannies to relax in the shade or in the sun, reading under the pines in the hammock , playing boules under the oaks, refreshing shower in the middle of the lime tree, wild ping-pong for young and old.
Inside, fun activities are provided by a table football, board games, books for adults and children, two televisions with Canal +, Hifi.
Villa Oustal deserves to hear the joy of being with family, friends and the laughter of children.
